How do the workshops work?

- Your verifiable Certificate of Completion can be downloaded as soon as the workshop is completed. The workshop is completed you have submitted the last assessment question.

When can I start?
CPD training is available as either :
- F2F Workshops in your area. (These need to be arranged by the organiser or regional representative in your area).
- Online courses and Workshops on an ongoing basis. This workshop will be available on the website and can be registered for at any time when they are made available.
You can access the workshops once payment has been received and allocated to your account
This process may take a few hours to three business days depending on the payment method and when we receive all your required information.
Are there any admission requirements for the workshops or courses?
In order to verify your identity for any workshops in your area that require physical attendance, proof in the form of a valid ID document, passport or driver's license will be required.
A physical attendance register will be kept at all events and you will be required to sign in, attend for the full duration of the event, and sign out at the end of the event.
For online courses or workshops and approved activities, users are identified on registration, requested to upload a copy of their ID document onto the learner management system, and issued with unique login and password details.
Please allow four business days from payment received on initial registration for administration to be completed and access to be granted for an online activity/course.
